The heart of Germany's robotics industry beats in three federal states: The headquarters of around 80% of all top 50 robot manufacturers are located in Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria & NRW. This is followed by Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate, Lower Saxony, Berlin and Hamburg as the regional focal points of the industry.
