Batteries, e-motors, housings: Battery and motor housings as well as e-motors and e-axles are each developed and produced by one in five electromobility suppliers on the top 100 list.
Other products manufactured: Charging infrastructure such as charging cables or wallboxes for home use, thermal management solutions, production of the traction battery or battery packs are other product segments manufactured by more than 10% of the top 100 e-mobility suppliers.
TOP 100 SUPPLIERS OF ELECTROMOBILITY CONCENTRATED IN BADEN-WÜRTTEMBERG, BAVARIA AND NRW
Baden-Württemberg leads the way: Three-quarters of the TOP 100 electromobility suppliers have their headquarters in Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria or NRW. Baden-Württemberg alone accounts for more than a third of all TOP 100 headquarters locations.
Other locations of the e-mobility suppliers: In fourth, fifth and sixth place, after Bavaria and North Rhine-Westphalia, Hesse, Lower Saxony and Rhineland-Palatinate follow at a distance.
